Some Details to Note: 

To help preserve the home's beautiful new hardwood floors and natural limestone terraces, we kindly ask guests to remove their shoes while indoors. The good news is that the limestone stays cool underfoot, even on warm Florida days, making barefoot living part of the experience!

To maintain a clean and allergy-friendly environment for all guests, this property follows a no-pet policy. However, dogs under 20 pounds are allowed. A pet fee of $200 per night applies to all dogs. 

For the protection of the home's hardwood floors, all approved dogs must remain on the first floor at all times. A dog gate will be provided to prevent access to the second floor. Guests are responsible for ensuring their pet complies with this requirement throughout their stay.

Enjoy filtered hot and cold water on demand from the dedicated kitchen faucet, and keep your devices powered with the pop-up charging stations on the kitchen island, offering wireless charging, USB, USB-C, and standard outlets. The kitchen is well stocked with spices, condiments, coffee, and tea.

There is a completely separate private efficiency apartment located above the garage that is occupied by the property's long-term caretakers. During your stay, you may occasionally see them entering through the side gate and walking past the pool cabana to the exterior staircase leading to their apartment. Their residence has its own private entrance and is completely separate from the main home, pool cabana, pool, and all guest amenities. They do not have access to any guest areas or amenities, which are reserved exclusively for your use throughout your stay.

During the winter months, hot tub heating is available for $40 per day due to the additional energy required to bring it up to temperature.

If you'd like the hot tub heated, please let us know which day(s) you'd like to use it and send us a text before you plan to use it. We'll turn it on so it's ready when you are. The hot tub heats up fairly quickly, so with a little notice, we'll have it warm and waiting for you.

If you don't want the hot tub heated, you're still welcome to use the bubble/jets feature at no additional charge. The water will remain at its natural temperature, but the bubbles can still be enjoyed free of charge.
